Few birthdays are as great a landmark as your 18th. It might seem like a long time ago now for many of us at Hog Roast Cleckheaton, but we can still remember the excitement of finally turning 18 and all the benefits that come with it (the less said about actually remembering our 18th celebrations, however, the better…). For such a landmark year you of course want to go all out for the celebrations, and what more of an ”all out” statement is there than the fine dining catering of Hog Roast Cleckheaton!
Our recent customer Grant and his 18-year-old daughter Joanna certainly agreed that Hog Roast Cleckheaton catering is the means to a proper celebration. With the last few years of lockdowns and pandemics Joanna had been in the unfortunate position of missing quite a few birthday celebrations, however fortunately the big 18 was unimpeded allowing her to make up for lost time with the best birthday year anyway. Grant gave Hog Roast Cleckheaton a call and explained the circumstances of the event, telling us that nearly 200 guests would be in attendance with a mix of both family, close-family friends, and of course Joanna’s friends too. Together Grant and Our Catering Manager thought that a buffet would therefore be most suited for the event, allowing guests to enjoy a huge feast of incredible foods at their own leisure while the young ones continue to dance the night away and far outlast the older crowd.
The Hog Roast Dining Experience menu is perfect for such an occasion. As guests were welcomed into the event our service team buzzed around the room with drinks and canapes to get everyone nice and warmed up during pleasantries. After a speech or two from a proud dad and other family members (no doubt embarrassing Joanna in the process) our buffet was served with our service team on hand to said with queries and serving. The buffet consisted of a selection of our famous hog roast, handmade beef burgers of the chef’s own gourmet sausage, BBQ pulled jackfruit as a veggie option, heritage tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad, seasonal leaves, fries (of mixed variety), and buttered new potatoes as well as any of the canapes not yet served. Dessert of birthday cake and/or cheesecake was also available afterwards.
