But if you would prefer a traditional turkey with all the trimmings, we can offer you the ultimate Christmas dinner for you and your staff. Your Hog Roast Darton festive menu will all be prepared from scratch onsite whether you have chosen to have it at your work premises or at an external venue.
Our turkeys are roasted whole over open flames on a spit until they are dripping with succulence. They are served with cranberry sauce, homemade sage and onion stuffing and completed by a whole host of festive side dishes, including crispy roast potatoes, creamy cauliflower cheese, pigs in blanket and a medley of seasonal vegetables, plus lashings of homemade gravy. Your staff Christmas meal will be finished off with mince pies and brandy cream, and if you are having an after-hours party and want to include a tipple or two, we can serve Hog Roast Darton’s own speciality mulled wine.
