As Hog Roast Brierley rounds off another fantastic year, we’ve been doing that thing everyone seems to do in late December: reminisce. Our wonderful customers and clients have given us so many memories to carry into the new year, and as we close the book on 2025, we can’t help feeling a little nostalgic about all the adventures this year has thrown our way.
From early morning roasting sessions to late–night pack-downs, it’s been pretty much non-stop – especially these past few weeks. But through all the hustle and bustle, the thing that really sticks with us is how brilliantly our team pulled together. Hog Roast Brierley has worked incredibly hard this year to make every event feel special and we couldn’t be prouder of everything we’ve achieved.
And if you happened to host an event with us this year – yes, we remember it. All of them, in fact. Whether it was a dreamy wedding in the throes of spring, a backyard barbeque in the summer’s sweltering heatwave or a corporate shindig that finally secured that big client, being included in your event is a role we don’t take lightly.
But, don’t you worry! The fun is far from over…
We will be back in 2026; refreshed, recharged and ready for another year packed with exciting celebrations! So if you’ve got something on the horizon, you can count on us to make it unforgettable. Our group dining menus are designed to take the pressure off hosts while bringing that farm-to-table flavour we’re known for. Veggies, vegans, guests with allergies – we’ve got them covered too, so nobody gets left picking at a bowl of dry salad leaves.
